Plainly: we keep what you type into our forms so we can reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use tracking cookies.
The Blueprint form: your work email, the kind of business you run, and your team size.
The partner application: your name and role, who your audience is, why your clients need Halden, and your email and LinkedIn.
Booking a call: booking runs on Cal.com, which holds the name, email and notes you give it.
Every form also records the time, the page you sent it from, and the country your connection came from, to keep out spam.
To send you your map, to reply to you, to offer you a diagnosis call, and to follow up a few times about it. That is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you started. Nothing else.
Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, which also hosts this site. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Booking runs on Cal.com. We do not run analytics or tracking on this site at the moment.
For as long as we are in touch, and no more than two years after we last heard from you. If you become a client, our agreement with you sets what we keep after that.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can tell us to stop emailing you at any time. Write to charlie@haldenhq.com and we will do it within a month, usually much sooner. If you are unhappy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.
If this changes, we will update this page and its date.
